I did the same thing I sent for my order on February 02, 2009 for 57.90 for 1 bottle of 90. Vicodin Ws 7.5-750mg. Same thing happen I got survey letter to fill out and send back. Till this day which is May 14, 2009. I have not heard nothing. Is"nt there away to put a end to people like that. read full review »
