This was unbelievable! I called a locksmith out to see if they could re-key an existing lock on a commercial building. The guy that came out had a bunch of door-knobs and locks in the back of his car, and sold me a "high security" lock. Later I was told by a licensed, bonded and insured Locksmith that the lock he sold me for $248.00 was something that I could buy at Homedepot for under $20.00 and install myself.
