My Fiance ordered this "free kit" also and we were charged $78.93 on our bank acccount. It is worthless to even call them and demand your money back. We were on the phone for 30 minutes arguing with them. We even asked for a manager or supervisor and they said that there was none around. I called my bank and told them and they refunded my money and disputed the charge with Max White Teeth. Most banks will do this if you call them and explain the situation.
