I have been trying to get the $25 I paid to Globaltel link straightened around since Dec 26th 2008. I call, have to put in a call back number, they do eventually call back. The rep I get on the phone claims they can not assist me and they transfer me to some mythical supervisor who never answers and does not return calls. When I put the money on the account they applied it to a county jail account and I needed it on a prison account. I have never had a county account so I don't know why this problem keeps happening!
