I placed an online order for a Panasonic FZ28 digital camera and received an e-mail stating to call back to verify my order. I called back the next day to "verify" my order. The customer service person tried to sell me an overpriced battery since he said the one that comes with the camera only lasts 20 minutes. I declined. Next he tried to sell me additional memory. I declined. I next wanted to confirm my request for 3-day air shipping. He now said the camera is out of stock and will take 2-weeks to ship. I cancelled my order at this point.
