I ordered online a free trial of Purity 12 for a 4.95 shipping charge and later learn in the smallest print I have agreed to receive a monthly automatic shipment unless I cancel. I want to cancel. The telephone number is disconnectand to do it on line we need an order number. The product came in a box with no invoice to refer to and the shipping label was just a shipping label not a packing slip. How am I suppossed to know the order number if they do not supply one with the order? Order number is needed to do cancellation. read full review »
