After 2 plus days of trying to get back on line, our service provider (AT&T), saids HP was the problem solver. When we called HP, first off we were told we had to authorize a $99.00 payment. We did that with an American Express card. After so much plugging & unplugging and clicking, the problem was NEVER solved. We were told AT&T was the problem and that we 'd probably have to pay another $99.00 to get the problem solved.
