Do not buy in this community!!! 1) For starters virtually every house in the community has had serious construction issues - most often concerning plumbing but there are a variety of other issues such as: *high levels of Radon gas in basements *improperly installed finishing materials *improperly prepared landscaping using sand/other discarded building materials resulting in dead plants *Cheap paint with very thin coating that flakes off (typical builder paint job) *Many issues with appliances breaking after few... read full review »
