Over the Christmas holidays (2008), I purchased a "Classic Coffee Cake Pan" made by Nordic Ware Inc, 5005 Hwy 7, Minneapolis, MN 55416. The second time I used it, I removed my coffee cake from the oven and filled the pan with water to soak. When I went to wash the pan, I discovered the inside coating on the bottom of the pan had bubbled up and the finish was floating in the water. I couldn't believe what I was seeing.
