They were cought not changing the sheets between guests. If it weren't for a stain on the top sheet, who would know. I called for the maid to change the top sheet and when she removed it the same stain was on the pad below - which means the sheets were the same from from previous guests. They were great at resolving the problem, got a free breakfast, but I will never trust the hotel again. read full review »
