Unfortunately I too was scammed by their introductory offer of a 14 day trial. Then when try to speak with customer service you get no where. When I ask for a supervisor the girl that came on sounded exactly like the first representative I was speaking with. I have alerted my bank and if any one starts a class action suit would be interested in participating. They advertise Hassle free customer service. WHAT A JOKE. They want to argue from the initial onset. I hope no one else gets taken. read full review »
