I placed an internet order with Garage Door Parts LLC on May 3, 2009. They required me to pay by check – routing numbers, etc. I used check number 7111 which they cashed on May 5, 2009. I have sent them several emails requesting shipment information and I receive this automatic response: We have received your email, it will be responded to in the order it was received.
