Hi my name is Nadia Samaan, I was at Arco on Wednesday morning around 10am. I tried to insert $20 bill into the machine so i can fill gas. But for some reason, my $20 bill got struck and i'wasn't not able to pump gas. So i went inside the store and asked cashier to give me gas or money back. He said he cannot do any thing because this machine is not belong to them it's Arco's property. He also asked me to come back later and talk to the owner.
