Adrenal Fatigue Institute ( CYLAPRIL) ... I just called for the FREE Sample ... and had to give my credit card number to pay for shipping and handling . Its been awful ! I've never recieved a product and I was billed a full amount for another that I never recieved . I've made many Calls to cancel and complain and can never speak to a manager!!!
