Chase payment tech, online merchant services failed to properly open my Merchant credit card account, but still had the nerve to take the monthly fee. Their bank is not friendly, just the opposite, even scary at times to have people from across the room yell "hi" to you. Service charges of $33.00 are common when your account is overdrawn depite having overdraft protection (just means they will pay the check, but will still charge you). Trying to get it refunded often meets with rude responses from customer service reps, if you can get ahold of them, saying "well its not our fault, so I can't do anything for you." read full review »
