This store opened about a year ago. Every time i have been there, my order is always wrong. I have called and complained, but nothing is ever done. They used to send free meal coupons, but now they will not answer the phone. I guess they get so many complaints that the manager will not answer the phone. The manager may not even be there because every time i have been there the employees are standing around or out in the lobby with friends or there friends come in and they let them in the back. I love kfc/ljs but i will go to another store before i return to the stoe in soddy-daisy!!! read full review »
