I placed an order with them on 18/12/08. Till date (16/05/09) I have not recieved it. I have send them repeated reminders. They replied on two occasions saying that they dont have it in stock and will ship upon its arrival. But no sign of anything so far. My point is if they dont have item in stock why they have charged aty the time of placing order. I have also seen that many people are facing the same issue.
