I purchased the undercover dedective on 04/25/09 and was not able to use it, I tried sever times to contact some one about this product an no one herd of it. o5/11/09 I contacted clkbank and talked to a male person and explained the problem to him and he said I could ge a refund back for the product I purchased. as of today I have not recived a refund from clkbank.
