I have a CPAP Machine, and submitted the bill from the service to WAgeworks in Dec of 2008. They wanted to see the acutal bill which I had, faxed it to them only to be told that the expense was not in the plan year, because it got posted by wageworks in Jan. 2009, even though i had until 3/15/09 to spend 2008 funds in my flex spending. I also went to the dr. has a bill for $93 that i used my wageworks card to pay for, that they are now say they don't cover those charges.
