Recceived call from I C Systems and returned call spokke with very rude rep whom asked why I cant pay the bill and advised that I should change my apartment as I cant afford to pay my bills so I cant afford the apartment. Also asked how am I paying my bills currently and to tell someone to help me pay the bills.
