Purchased a time warner roadrunner high speed internet online from this company, I cancelled the order and was told i will recieve a refund of 99.90. So far I have gotten a runaround with dozens of phone numbers to call but they all say they have no record of my payment, yet my bank statement shows it was withdrawn. A 1800 252-2156 shows on the statement along with the withdrawl but its all automated and no help was available. read full review »
