Robert Kahn, owner of South Florida Web Force, agreed to design an e-commerce website for me based on my requirements. E-mail went back and forth until I was satisfied, based on his responses, there was a clear understanding of my requirements; and that we had an agreement. Soon after I sent payment it became clear he had no intention of meeting those promises and tried to shift the blame saying I wasn't clear.
