I ordered several items over the period of one year and every time I purchased a warranty, it took forever to get it and I had to call the company several times to get a hard copy of my warranties. There are still two items I paid for warranties for and never received said warranties...even after repeated calls to customer service and getting the runaround. Now their website has disappeared and there is no recourse. read full review »
