Handed the debit card and 1 dollar to cashier. told cashier to take the 31 cents out of the dollar and use the 30 dollars on the debit card for purchases. the idiot took the dollar, then told me he and she would take $29.31 off the 30 dollar debit card and leave 59 cents on the debit card.
