Fraudulent charges for software online - I found you have to deliberately exclude charges while on their site or they will charge you for their whole list of charges! But I discovered that too late. Also there is no screen to review your bill and no submit button to press - the system just takes over and charges you for everything and you are left wondering what has happened - until all those unwanted charges appear on your credit card.
