I bought a $25.00 walmart prepaid money card to use to pay a bill - I attempted to pay the bill - the rep who took the card over the phone used my OLD address zip code. She told me the transaction was declined. I call Walmart and they tell me that the transaction appeared to have gone through even though it is cancelled and they're holding my money for something like 20 days~ When I complained all they would do was do a reverse transaction which meant I had to wait 2 more days to get my money. UNBELIEVABLE. RIP OFF - I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER THING AT WALMART AGAIN! Be aware! read full review »
