Direct tv promised a monthly price they didnt meet, committed to provide On-Demand then wanted added costs for hook up, & most critical D tv sales rep relayed to buy DVR receivers to avoid monthly DVR fees & after i purchased 2 they continued to add the monthly charge, & then wanted the 2 units i purchased when i terminated the contract.
