I purchased a magic jack in July 2008, it never work effectively, I could not hear the other party and they could not hear me. I went out of town and missed my window for return. I tried to install an update and burnt up my mother board. I would not recomend anyone purchase this item, it appears to be a rip off. Standard TV infomerical. What A Joke read full review »
