I ordered this product on 11/21/2008 from this company and they sent me the sample product for 5.99, but then I called and canceled on 12/5/08 (I was told that you can try the product for 15 days before you are charged the regular monthly fee). When I did decide to look online at my account I noticed that they charged me 88.62 and my account was not canceled like they said it was.
