I fell for the free trial offer, received the coffee and HATED it. Called to cancel the next day. Within a week I received two charges of $38.50 on consecutive days to my checking account, both of which resulted in $40 overdraft fees. I called to complain, was told that when I enrolled, it was to receive 2 shipments per week (!), but they would rescind the charges and then asked for the fax # of my bank. The bank says they won't remove the overdraft fees unless I submit a form for fraudulent charges. Three days later, another $38.50 charge to my account! I'm filing the fraud claim.
