They have NO CLUE what they are doing when it comes to filing an amendment. My husband and I filed our taxes in Feb. and it is now May and we have yet to recieve our return. They have our return tied up with the IRS because THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING WHEN IT COMES TO AMENDMENTS!! I have tried multiple times to contact them about this issue, I have left messages and never heard back from them.
