i ordered a trial teeth whitening set and authorized the payment of 4.99 plus shipping and handling only i was charged $88.97 on 11/182008 for another kit that i did not authorize the package was returned to sender. in would like credit for that and would like to cancel any further shipments/charges. thank you read full review »
