I have contacted E-Secure Services to inform them I will be submitting a letter of complaint to the Attorney General of the State of Texas. I believe that everyone else must do the same in order to prevent these illegal and unethical practices from happening to others. I am imagining that there are elderly individuals who do not review every detail of their bills and are being charge for who knows what for.
