Waited 3 weeks for a Sat apt that required 2 men. One man shows up @ 10 AM. "Why am I here?" " To repair my wates softner that leaked and flooded my basement" OK, but this is a two man job...let me go to my truck and call my boss. After 15 min on phone in truck, he left! Four calls to the repair number and two to tech Angel Lopez cell...each time they promised to check and call right back, but fear not the schedule shows it must be done today.
