While applying for a loan, my account was debited $33.98 on 5/7/09, when I noticed this charge and pulled up my bank information so I could find out who, I determined that I was able tocancel and receive a refund which was processed on 5/8/09. To date have been given serveral excuses on when the funds would be processed back into my account. Told I would have to wait 7 to 10 business days even though 5/18/09 has been 7 days. Spoke to a supervisor who hung up on me due to my insistance that I be refunded my money. This company is a ripoff and should be banned from the practice of unauthorized access to consumers account information. read full review »
