I have had a policy with VPI for over a year. My policy is the highest coverage possible (and the most expensive monthly). I submitted two claims for a minor ear infection. After two months, VPI still has not paid out on the claims. Trying to call customer service is a joke. The pre-recording says that there is over a ten-minute wait...but while waiting there are numerous mysterious disconnections so I get to wait all over again to call back.
