Attached is an email I received from a restaurateur in Park City. Billing themselves as the most romantic dinner in Utah, I decided to give it a try. The basic idea was to get in a sleigh with 32 other diners and be pulled up the mountain over 1000 ft. vertical up to a remote "yurt", which is basically a tent. Once there, a gourmet dinner is served with a concert pianist playing a baby grand piano. On the way up the mountain, the snow cat got stuck at the steepest part of the trip.
