This company is a rip-off. I purchased an adapter for my car that was suppose to be able to connect electrical items through your cigarette lighter. Once I did this my whole electrical system has been blown and will not work. When I tried to return the item, I was unable to reach anyone by phone saying leave a message, someone will call you back, another time just said noone is available to take your call nothing else.
