We recently returned a leased vehichle and was surprised to learn we were going to be charged over 1, 000.00 dollars for a thumb impression on the bumper which was not readily visible. This was in addition to over 400.00 for cleaning. We were not given any credit for the car being 300 miles under allotment and with gas in the tank. We believe this is outrageous to have us pay to replace the full bumper for some thumb impression. I am pretty sure that they just pushed on the underside. Also, they had a return auto check off document that contained many items, so beware and get photos or go elsewhere. read full review »
