I ordered a child's toilet training product from the website http:--webehave.com. 1 day after I ordered it, I learned that my daughter already had the same product for me. This had NOT BEEN SHIPPED but it had been paid for. I requested a cancellation and refund PRIOR TO SHIPPING. I was directed to their website RETURNS policy. Again, I HAD NOT YET RECEIVED this product and did not need to return it. I simply wanted to cancel the order before they shipped. The owner, Judi Cohen, was abrasive, and very rude.
