My complaint concerns Sylvania Silverstar Headlight Bulbs- which are being marketed across the nation as a new type of bulb that offers increased safety by extending the vision range on vehicles. The bulbs sell for about triple the cost of an ordinary headlight bulb. I purchased two of these bulbs for my 2002 Honda Accord in November of 2006.
