Since taking occupancy in July of 1996, I've had several complaints, some of which were addressed to my satisfaction and some that were not. Up until now my biggest complaint has been the inferior windows that were installed. I've had, and still have mold around very leaky windows. In addition, every couple of years there is mold on the roof next to the fire place chimney. My latest and most serious complaint is the basement foundation that I've complained about before.
