My complaint is against Chuck's Electric of Brentwood, California. In June of 2006, Chuck was working on a neighbor's house when he dropped a service line on my vehicle and dragged the wires across the vehicle scratching it in multiple locations. He and his wife would almost never answer the phone or return calls regarding the cost to repair the car. When they did, they would hang up on us or would say that their insurance company and-or their attorney, neither of which ever contacted us, was investigating.
