I decided to sign up for FREE CD for government grant information $1.98 shipping. I entered my information and credit card info. When I continued, the computer locked up and I wasn't able to proceed. I assumed I had not completed the transaction. About 10 days later I received the disk and was charges the shipping charge. I thought nothing about it. Now I am being billed $69.95 monthly and then another $29.95 by IWBCLUB. I disputed the charges through my credit card company and IWBCLUB removed its charges.
