Sears came out to repair my oven. It took 4 times but they finally did it! Great except on the last visit the technician broke my floorboard. When I pointed out the chipped wood on the baseboard and the wood pieces all over the floor, he told me that it was like that when he came in! I called Sears and they said they would need to send someone out to take pictures. Instead they sent out the same technician, without a camera. He told me again he didn't do it and would tell his supervisor it was a preexisting chip. So I called Sears again... read full review »
