Company Trinity Lending and I feel that I was a victim of a bait and switch mortgage. First of all Trinity Lending represented Themselves as a company of GMAC Mortgage which was my mortgage company at the time and the offered a refinance that Would lower my monthly payment by $1000.00 per month. This was in December of 2006. I went through the procedures and They sent a courier with the documents to sign on December 23rd. But the documents were not what I agreed too.
