Today I went to KFC-Taco Bell, store # 20974, thru the drive thru and while I was there I didn't receive my change. My amount due was 13.69 and I gave her a 20 dollar bill. I didn't realize this until I got back to my office which is maybe a 3 second drive. I then went back with my receipt in hand and talked to the drive thru worker, Aretha, about the problem.
