I received a letter from Service Protection Direct which stated that my extended warranty need to be renewed. Concerned, I called the 800 # and spoke to the "manager" Mr Ron Roberts who asked me a number of questions. First, he asked for the mileage of my car. Then, if there were any problems at the time and finally, were there any lights on the dash board to indicate a problem.
