With the check 21 system...checks deposited to my Bank of America account are still being held for 10 days. I will call and get verification from my clients that the money has been deducted from there account...yet, BOA still holds MY MONEY and will not let me withdraw...let me be clear, BOA has my money but will not let me use it...is this illegal? If not, we need to make it illegal. What was the check 21 system put into place for if not for faster, better access to our money.
