To whom it may concern: I purchased Brand New Tires from Sams club in Rome, GA in January, 2008. I purchased them at Sams because of the availability of Lifetime Rotation and Balance which can be done at any Sams Club nationwide. They were purchased at Sams club in my hometown of Rome, Georgia.
